To reorder, please follow the steps below:
1) Once you are on the reorder page, Enter your order number and postal/zip code. Click submit. This will pull up your previous order.
2) The screen will display your previous order. Click on the "Click Here To Reorder" button.
3) To edit your order, click on the product. Note: you will need to change the starting number on your check order.
4) Once you have made the desired changes, click on the price in the pricing chart to save your changes. Don’t worry, this will not add a second order to your shopping cart!
5) To add more items to your shopping cart, click "Continue Shopping". Otherwise, proceed to the checkout.
Please Note Exceptions:
If your first order was a Business Check Starter Kit:
If you ordered a start-up kit and now want to reorder checks but no other components, you will need to start a new check order. Once you place a new check order on line the system will capture this information and you will be able to use the reorder feature on future check orders. Please reference your previous order number in the notes section of the checkout.
If your first order was faxed/emailed:
If you faxed/emailed your check order to us vs. placed it online, the system will not have captured your imprint information. You will need to place a new order or fax/email us any changes. If you do order on line all subsequent orders will be stored and available for recall when you reorder. Please reference your previous order number in the notes section of the checkout.
If your first order was for desktop checks, register, deposits and a cover:
If you ordered desktop checks with a register, deposits and cover and now want to reorder checks, deposits and register only, you will need to place a new order for checks, deposits and register only. Once you order this you will be able to access this same product selection on all reorders. Please reference your previous order number in the notes section of the checkout.
If your first order had multiple products in it:
If you ordered multiple products and now need to reorder 1 of the products you will need to place a new order for that one item. Please reference your previous order number in the notes section of the checkout.
