What is your turnaround time on orders?
Orders received by 10 a.m. Central Time will be produced within three business days or less. Once orders leave our plant they will be shipped via UPS ground service unless you indicate otherwise. Same day and next day rush service is available on all checks, deposit slips, binders & envelopes only. See all available Rush Options.
How do you calculate shipping/freight costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the zip code where the order will be shipped. Express shipping methods will cost extra over UPS Ground.
How can I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an email once your order leaves our plant. From there, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and whether you chose UPS Ground or an express shipping method. Will I be able to see the total cost charged to my credit card prior to ordering?
Yes, the order page will display your product cost, shipping costs and order total. Residents of Wisconsin will also be charged sales tax.
