If you really think checks can express how hip and cool you are, then you may be in need of help. Nobody has ever handed me a check that "definitely made a statement" as some check sellers like to throw around. It seems ironic to me that being cool, hip, and trendy is basically conforming to what everyone else is doing and they are doing just what marketers have asked them to do. So, being cool, hip, and trendy is really like being someone's lapdog. The term lapdog is used to describe a submissive person, such as a "yes" man, who is very easily controlled. Where do I sign up?

Maybe you just want some pleasant images to look at to ease the pain each time you hand over more of your money. Now I can understand that. Why not enjoy yourself as you empty out your pockets? I surfed around a bit and most of the cool checks were nothing more than basic checks with cheesy graphics and patterns. Hardly cool, hip, and trendy. More like childish, cheesy, and stupid. But, to each his own.
I would imagine that when you search for cool checks, you are probably more interested in designer checks such as those by name brands such as Harley Davidson and Disney. I would have to say these are much more appealing to the eyes with highly refined professional graphics. Will they really make you stand out from the crowd and make a statement? Not possible because you will be just like everybody else. Funny how marketing can make people do such stupid things.
Personally, I would recommend you get the basic checks and put your money to a better use. Pay off your bills, help someone in need or give it to your kids. Nobody is going to mistake you for cool running around with these dumb looking checks. In fact, it is more likely people will see the billboard on your forhead that reads, "Sheep". You don't want that, do you? Time to get a life and do something more valuable than searching the internet for cheesy clip-art checks being passed off as cool checks.
