The Reorder Process
When you visit our homepage, you'll notice a big "Reorder Now" graphic at the top center of the page. Just click there to get things started. If you need a quick refresher that page will remind you of the steps you need to take to reorder checks. But if you already know what you are doing you can simply skip that information by clicking the "Reorder Now" graphic once again.
The first thing you'll need to do is enter your previous order number, which you should keep on file. If you ordered personal checks the reorder number should have been printed on one of the top sheets on a book of checks. Then you'll also need to enter your postal/zip code and click "submit."
Once you do so, your old order of personal checks or business checks will appear on the screen.
You can edit your order by clicking on the product or products. After making changes to your order you'll need to click on the price chart to save the changes. This will not add an additional item to your shopping cart.
If you want to add new items to your shopping cart, just click on "Continue Shopping" and choose the products you want to add to your order.
Reordering Exceptions
There are a few reasons that you may not be able to reorder checks in the manner you are expecting. If a Business Check Starter Kit was your first order and you want to reorder only new business checks, then you should start a new online order.
The same goes for customers who first ordered desktop checks with a register deposits and cover. When you only want to reorder the business checks - or everything except the cover- you should begin a new order. Use that order number for future reorders with Check Advantage.
Customers who faxed or emailed their initial order to Check Advantage will not have their order information recorded online. These customers should either begin a new online order or fax/email us any changes.
