Our standard business check register includes 16 pages with 30 rows on the front and a tax deductible expenses and deposit record on the back. The register columns include Number, Date, Description, In Payment Of, Amount, T, Fee, Amount of Deposit and Balance.
The Desktop 3-on-a-page Check Register - Your check register has been designed for convenient record keeping. If you are accustomed to using stubs for record keeping, we think you'll be pleased with the desktop 3-on-a-page check register. This register offers you a more convenient way to reconcile your account balance, record automatic payments/deposits, manage a large number of transactions and review your account for income tax purposes.
Using Your Register - This register has been designed so you may use it according to your individual preferences. You may subtotal balances as frequently as you desire. If you are a business person who makes frequent or daily deposits, you may choose to subtotal a balance after each deposit or at the end of each page or each month. To subtotal a new balance, simply add to the old balance all deposits and subtract all payments and all automatic debits up to the point you want to create a new balance.
Listing Tax Deductible Expenses - On the reverse side of each register you may enter items which are deductible from income subject to tax on the special register. This register is an excellent means for keeping track of your tax deductions and is particularly handy when you prepare your income tax return.
Deposit Record - The reverse side of the page also has a deposit record where you may list and describe each deposit. It's important to note that you should also record each deposit on the face of the register so you may keep an accurate balance of your account.

Desktop covers are quite handy and popular due to their portable and compact nature.
